Anyway, got roundly scolded by the nurse at the kick-smoking clinic. Not supposed to smoke at all with the Nic patch. Got Nic gum now. Taste awful but hell, completely nullifies my smoking urges.

Anyway, want to quit smoking to facilitate my fast for the month of Ramadhan. Yeah converting to Muslim soon. Not here in Malaysia cos too tight laws. Maybe after I migrate to the US.

Worked my butt off yesterday. My carbon monoxide register is only 2 compared to 28 last week. Could run 1.5 km in under 15 mins yesterday. Can run faster but fast breathing gives me a sense of panic as when I used to do that, I get shortness of breath akin to a heart attack. Maybe not now liao. Ha ha ha.......

Nothing much happening on the karma/dream/though police front. Oh well! Struggling with my nicotine dependency. Snacking like a madman, which I am anyway. The Attorney General has read my mail condemning the demolishing of Hindu temples. Seem to think the police are cautioning me cos I threatened my gf's boss cos he was hitting on her. Motherfucker! More paranoia?

I'm setting up a One-Man Espionage Agency. Conducting espionage on my own country. Now I'm a lawyer, cop, judge, spy, prosecutor. Only to stop breach of natural justice and rule of law, I cannot prosecute, defend, investigate, gather info and judge for the same case. Ha ha ha. No conflict of interest whatsoever.
