Found out where the NSB (local CIA) HQ is, damn near my house. At the lawyer EGM last week, wanted to talk something about them but scared I'll get all the lawyers in jail. What fun!

Anyway, got roundly scolded by the nurse at the kick-smoking clinic. Not supposed to smoke at all with the Nic patch. Got Nic gum now. Taste awful but hell, completely nullifies my smoking urges.

Anyway, want to quit smoking to facilitate my fast for the month of Ramadhan. Yeah converting to Muslim soon. Not here in Malaysia cos too tight laws. Maybe after I migrate to the US.

Worked my butt off yesterday. My carbon monoxide register is only 2 compared to 28 last week. Could run 1.5 km in under 15 mins yesterday. Can run faster but fast breathing gives me a sense of panic as when I used to do that, I get shortness of breath akin to a heart attack. Maybe not now liao. Ha ha ha.......
