Got some DVDs yesterday. More of the Hong Kong import pirated stuff. Got Easy Rider - which has some great music and that pictorial depiction of an LSD trip which is somewhat similar to Philip K. Dick's descriptions in his books. Makes me wanna try LSD.
Also got two other DVDs of movies which I only seen the censored versions - Dressed to Kill and The Hunger. Dressed to Kill is a pretty good tribute to Hitchcock and "Psycho". Much better that that pointless shot-by-shot remake anyway. What was the point of that, anyway?
The Hunger I rented last time only cos of David Bowie starring in it. Nothing that great but quite sexy and violent anyway. Tony Scott's big-budget directorial debut, I believe......
